Neither a cook nor a blogger
It's been more than 20 years since this picture was taken, but I have to say that I still enjoy the food and eat on my way.
I'm Sonia, a Spanish and French woman at the same time. In fact, perhaps this cultural duality is what has awakened in me, since I was a child, the desire to discover the different ways of living and above all, of eating in the world.
I am fascinated by being able to go deeper and learn about the typical dishes from every corner of the planet, as they allow me to connect with people in a special way and learn more about their culture.
On the other hand, I enjoy management, strategizing, organizing, planning... In fact, they have become my favorite ingredients, which is why I studied Business Administration and Management. And because I wanted more, I went on to study a Master's Degree in Restaurant Management.
Restaurants, as you can imagine, are my favorite places, and my goal is to be able to have my own.
With this restaurant, I want to fight against food poverty in its many forms. I want to feed some to help others to have a decent and healthy diet.
But until that happens, I have created Projecto K, space where I will share the experiences of entrepreneurship, my travels, stories, and many international recipes.
